CYBA E-Contract Subscription Application Criteria
Please note that access to the CYBA E-Contract subscription is prohibited for Captains and Crews currently serving on charter yachts.
CYBA E- Contract platform is only available for retail charter Brokers, charter Managers, and Stakeholders.
Please familiarize yourself with the CYBA code of ethics here before applying.
Please note that all applications must be completed to begin the review process. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Minimum requirements to apply for the use of the CYBA E-Contract for BROKERS:
- • Local/state business or trade license if required in the area where the business is based
- • References from at least 1 CA who you have completed a past contract with OR a current CYBA member who is willing to vouch for you and offer assistance on your first 5 contracts
- • Proof of attending at least 1 charter yacht show and/or completion of the CYBA New Broker online course.
- • Applicants who already have a MYBA or AYCA E-Contract subscription will be approved. Subscriptions must be current and in good standing.
Minimum requirements to apply for use of the CYBA E-Contract for Central Agents:
- • Proof of LLC/Corporate documents
- • Local/state business or trade license if required in the area where the business is based
- • Proof of E&O/professional indemnity
- • ADM approval for brokers to use CYBA Escrow account
- • Applicants with a MYBA or AYCA E-Contract subscription will be approved. Subscriptions must be current and in good standing.
If approved to use the E-Contract as a CA, the subscriber will identify themselves as the Stakeholder/CA when preparing E-Contracts through CYBA.
Once approved, all E-Contract subscribers must adhere to the CYBA STANDING RULES, irrespective of their CYBA membership status.
The CYBA E-Contract is intended solely for the authorized subscriber’s use. Access is prohibited for current yacht Crew members and anyone who has not individually applied and been approved.
Access may be revoked for anyone no longer meeting the minimum requirements or found to violate any of the CYBA STANDING RULES or the E-CONTRACT SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
