Security – the CYBA E-Contract protects the security of the Charterer’s funds by appointing a Stakeholder.

Data Storage – the CYBA E-Contract website complies with Privacy Laws imposed by GDPR Data Protection Rights and the California CCPA Privacy Rights

Confidentiality – Your data will be stored securely and completely removed after a specified time.

Directory – There will be a Directory of Approved Brokers and Users as a checkpoint when working with new Brokers or Users.

Privacy – the General Public cannot view the E-Contract on this website. Only Approved Users can access the website and be assigned a unique Serial Number for each charter contract.

Charter Clients can verify the E-Contract – they can view it online by inserting the unique Serial Number assigned to their yacht charter.
